Members are assigned to multiple teams within the Innovation Group, which creates new business ideas, and the Brush-Up Group, which digs deeply into and implements business models. Members regularly discuss what they can do to address the social issues they have been assigned. Ideas generated by each team are proposed to management, with the aim of turning the themes evaluated most highly into businesses and products. In addition, we publish a placard newspaper summarizing the activities of the committee.
