We also conduct quarterly IR meetings and respond to requests for information. For overseas institutional investors, we work to promote understanding of the Company through telephone conferences, meetings at IR events in Japan that are held by securities companies, and other means. From February 2020, a variety of events have been canceled due to the influence of COVID-19. However, the Company is taking steps to provide shareholders and investors with ongoing informa-tion provision and dialog initiatives, such as on-line video distribution and telephone conferences.Enhancing Information Provision Through IR WebsiteFrom the viewpoint of fair disclosure, the Company provides information through Japanese-language and English-language IR websites, and we are working on a daily basis to update the information and enhance the content.LINTEC WAVE shareholder newsletter
