LINTEC announced today that it has received the Innovation Award at the Label Industry Global Awards 2023 for its environmentally friendly labelstock. These Awards are organized by the Tarsus Group (UK) at Labelexpo Europe 2023 (in Brussels, Belgium starting September 11, 2023).

This award-winning mono-material labelstock is made of material with the same properties as PET containers and uses a PET-based adhesive that delivers adhesive strength and peels off cleanly. This design allows the labelstock to be recycled even when left on the PET container, supplementing the conventional process of removing labels and separating containers for recycling.

This is the second LINTEC product to win a Label Industry Global Award; the first was LINTEC labelstock using recycled PET film in 2015. LINTEC is committed to developing and providing new products that are appreciated by customers in Japan and around the world.
